Blogger Confession: What's the last book you could not finish?
(or had a hard time finishing?)
Unlike most bloggers, I usually feel the need to finish every book I start. No matter whether I like it or not, I feel like because I started to read the book it would be a waste to not finish.
With that in mind, at the beginning of this week there was one book I decided I could not finish and would not waste my time reading because there are so many more books I want to read!
That book was....
A Visit from the Goon Squad by Jennifer Egan
I picked up this book from the library as part of the Goodreads book club book. I thought it would be great, but it wasn't up my alley. This isn't to say that it is a horrible book, but rather not my "cup of tea." I know a lot of people who have loved this book. It could have been that I just wasn't meant to read it at this time. Who knows, maybe I'll pick it up 6 months from now and enjoy it!

Thanks for following :) I hadn't heard of it before I saw it as the Goodreads book club book, but I thought "hey, why not?" ...well, it just didn't capture my attention like I hoped! :)
