Show &Tell: Where do you grab a book and get lost in it? Show us your favorite spot you like to read at.
There are 3 main places in my home that I enjoy reading. Here they are:
First place, the treadmill. Unusual, right? I haven't been able to read on the treadmill as much as I used to because I increased my speed. Since I'm too busy insanely sweating it makes it too hard to read! Anyway, this used to be a fave spot of mine. I might try out audiobooks instead...
Second, my BED! Who doesn't like reading before bed? My mom even bought me that fancy pillow there so I don't fall asleep while laying in bed reading. I complained about it one day to her and next thing I know when I went to visit she was giving me one of those awesome pillows. She rocks!
I had to throw this in here because I wasn't sure if you could see them in the picture from my bed. Those, my friends, are awesome magnetic bookmarks! I love these things. I have a niece who visits quite a bit because I do some babysitting and she enjoys pulling all of my bookmarks out of my books because she wants to see what one I'm using (I have a lot). So...when I saw these fancy little magnetic ones I just had to buy them! She doesn't notice them in the books so I don't have a problem losing my page.
Finally...I like to read on the loveseat in that picture. It's like the perfect place to just sit, put my feet up, cover up with a cozy blanket and enjoy a book. As you can see...that won't be happening now since my dogs are there! Chevy is on the left, Daisy on the right. They like to try to push me off the loveseat and keep it for themselves. Of course, I compromise and let them lay next to me or on my legs if I have them up on the couch. What can I say? I'm a pushover.

Oh cute dogs! I really think dogs let us sit on "THEIR" couches. At least that is how it is at our house anyway.

@ Jennifer - Oh definitely, my dogs rule the house here. I'm always being made fun of for letting them sit somewhere instead telling them to move. If they look comfy I feel bad telling them to get down! :)
My bed is definitely my favorite reading spot as well. I should invest in one of those pillows like yours!
@Alexa - That pillow is amazing. I highly recommend it! Before school started they had them in the college section of stores for $15. Best. Ever.
